Coppini olive oil is made from a fine blend of refined olive oils and extra virgin olive oil.
It is an oil rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, ideal for replacing ingredients containing saturated animal fats.
Tasting notes: neutral, without any particular aromatic notes.
Use: ideal for baking, cooking and microwaving. Excellent even at high temperatures: smoke point 195°.
